Teaze ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright infringement claims can be submitted, reviewed, and acted upon.

2. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice
Once we receive a proper DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content

Notify the user who posted the content

Give them the option to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal is an error
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the claim is incorrect or unauthorized, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:

Your full name, address, email, and phone number.

Identification of the content that was removed and where it was located before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
Teaze reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users who repeatedly upload copyrighted content without permission.
5. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences.
